She has experience in many industries including construction, professional services, and real estate. Alicia primarily works with closely held businesses and their owners.

 What do you enjoy about Public Accounting?

I enjoy the puzzle that it can be sometimes! There is always an opportunity to challenge myself and learn something new with the clients that I service. It’s a satisfying feeling to not only solve the puzzle, but to know that we’ve made a difference in our clients’ business or personal lives as well.

 Why do you like working at KWC?

The people, and the culture of this firm is truly amazing. I interned with KWC my senior year of college and knew right away that this was where I wanted to be. Everyone is so hands-on at every level, and the firm invests in their staff as much as possible to foster a successful career in public accounting. I’ve experienced this myself in the past 7 years and see it full circle as I get to mentor the next generation of KWC team members.

 What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband working on our garden or tackling house projects. In the spring/summer, my friends and I love to visit local farmer’s markets, restaurants, wineries, etc., really anything outside. Oh, and I can’t forget snuggling with my two cats at home!
