Guy has over 25 years in developing, modifying, reviewing and implementing accounting processes, reporting methods/controls, policies/procedures in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP), IRS regulations and company standards.
Other services she provides include:
• Continuous review and assessment of systems to improve efficiency, customer service and internal controls.
• Analyzes trends in costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to predict future revenues and expenses; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements on a US GAAP basis
• Calculates indirect rates, preparing rate adjustments, interacting with DCAA auditors, and submitting provisional rates to USAID for approval for governmental contracting clients
• Ensures corporate income tax compliance and complete income tax work papers with knowledge of favorable tax codes; assists third party administrators with filing Form 5500 report
